Tips: Caring for Natural Hair
Use natural organic products for your hair
Wash hair every two weeks using a sulfate-free shampoo/conditioner
Add 1/4 teaspoon honey, jojoba oil or olive oil to shampoo for moisture and shine
Wash hair in cool or warm water, never hot this will cause frizzness, or injury to hair over time
Blow dry hair with medium heat and allow to cool before styling
Deep condition hair with natural products like olive oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, or avocado oil.
Add a little coconut oil to ends of your hair to seal
Treat yourself to a protein treatment once a month
Use a boar bristle brush locks oils in hair and adding shine
Use a wide tooth comb or brush for detangling hair
Comb Hair from ends to root and not root to ends
Purchase ceramic flat irons with heat settings in order to adjust temperature for fine, medium, or coarse hair
After styling hair, wrap hair with a satin scarf or satin pillow to prevent hair breakage
Get Hair trimmed 6 to 8 weeks
Massage your scalp once a day, meditate and excercise, and eat proteins and drink plenty of water.
Homemade Hair Treatments
Hair Mask
1 peeled avocado
2 tablespoons mayonaise
blender
plastic cap

Peel avocado, add little water and blend in mixer. Stir mixer and add mayonaise and stir and you will have a nice green creamy mask. Apply to hair. Leave on for 20 mins
Hair Mask will restore moisture to hair and leave nice shine
Protein Treatment
1 egg
1 tsp vitamin E oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Plastic cap or warm towel

Mix products together and apply to hair. Leave on hair for 20 mins
Protein treatment helps repairs and adds protein back into hair
Hot Oil Treatment
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp coconut oil (solid)
2 to 3 drops of rosemary oil

you will mix oils and apply to hair
and leave on for 5 to 10 mins
Homemade Hair Shampoo
Chamomile Shampoo
6 organic chamomile tea bags
4 tablespoons liquid castile soap or soap flakes
1 1/2 tablespoons pure vegetable glycerin
1 teaspoon organic sunflower oil
Directions: Steep the teabags in 1 1/2 cup of boiled water for 20 mins. Remove the tea bags and toss in trash. Add soap to tea and let cool then add glycerin. Add ingredients in a PET bottle with cap. Use product right away or store in refrigerator no longer then 1 week. If adding preservative store product in dark, cool place.
